We want you to be happy with Teiwah. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund for your subscription.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email us at support@teiwah.cloud from the address on your account and we will process the refund.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
We understand mistakes happen. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.
How refunds are issued
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Service availability
Because the Service connects to WhatsApp, which we do not control, we cannot guarantee that a number will remain connected or that every message will be delivered. Temporary WhatsApp-side limits or bans on a number are not, on their own, grounds for a refund beyond the guarantees described above.
How to request a refund
Email support@teiwah.cloud with the email address associated with your account and your order details. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
