Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teiwah website and WhatsApp messaging API (the "Service"), operated by Teiwah, an independent sole proprietorship based in Israel ("Teiwah", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Teiwah lets you connect a WhatsApp number to your account and send and receive messages programmatically over HTTP. A "session" represents one connected number. Teiwah is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or any message in violation of applicable anti-spam laws;
  • send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or infringing content;
  • violate WhatsApp's or Meta's terms of service or any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for the numbers you connect, the messages you send and receive, and for obtaining any necessary consent from your recipients. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. WhatsApp accounts and availability

The Service connects to WhatsApp using your own number. WhatsApp may, at its discretion, limit, block, or ban numbers. We do not control WhatsApp and cannot guarantee that any number will remain connected or that messages will be delivered. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

5. Fees and payment

The Service is billed at $2.95 per session, per month. You can add sessions by increasing the quantity at checkout. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

6. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the website, software, and branding, is owned by Teiwah and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the content of the messages you send and receive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teiwah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law or by WhatsApp/Meta. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
